business. Our use of computer systems allows us to tailor our
stock to meet your "Just-In-Time" manufacturing requirements. We
provide regular delivery routes and have drivers standing by
for Hot Shots in addition to United Parcel Service and other
delivery programs. To continuously improve our service we keep
pace with the latest in technology. A.J. Rod Company offers
Bar-Coding, and On-Site ordering to enhance your ordering and
receiving operations. We also support consignment programs and
vending machines. As you move into the 21st Century, A.J. Rod
Co. will be there to support you.
Company Terms and Conditions Our Policy Supply the best quality tools and machines at the
best prices possible while providing the best after sale required
follow up service.
To set up an account we require three trade
references and bank information. Processing takes about 10
days. Orders needed sooner can be shipped C.O.D.
Standard terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise
agreed to in writing.
We deliver free to customers in our immediate area
via our trucks, U.P.S., or contract service. All items F.O.B.
our warehouse or factory. Special handling and priority
shipping available.
Returned Goods Any returned goods must be authorized and can only
be returned with an RGA number and or invoice number.
Discrepancy claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Warranty Products sold are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. Descriptions and illustrations of products are for identification only and do not express or imply any warranty that products are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Liability for incidental or consequential damage is disclaimed. Liability is limited to purchase price. |
